ONLINE SURVEY for 2019 EPS-TOPIK

EPS-Advisory No. 01, Series of 2019 

TO ALL INTERESTED APPLICANTS FOR THE 2019 EMPLOYMENT PERMIT SYSTEM -TEST ON PROFICIENCY IN KOREAN (EPS-TOPIK) 

PARA SA LAHAT NG INTERESADONG APLIKANTE PARA SA 2019 EMPLOYMENT PERMIT SYSTEM -TEST ON PROFICIENCY IN KOREAN (EPS-TOPIK) 

On 12 midnight of February 26, 2019 up to 10:00 pm February 28, 2019 an online survey shall be conducted to determine the number of interested applicants for the 2019 EPS-TOPIK registration and their preferred test venue. Please visit http://www.poea.gov.ph/ to provide the following information: Name of applicant, birthday, passport number, preferred venue, and manufacturing category. Also the first page of the passport and ID picture in accordance to the attached Detail Passport & Picture Regulation.
Ensure correctness and completeness of the information provided. 

Mula alas dose (12:00 mn) ng hatinggabi ng February 26, 2019 hanggang alas dyes ng gabi (10:00 pm) February 28, 2019, mangyaring bisitahin ang http://www.poea.gov.ph/ para po sa online survey ng mga gustong kumuha ng examination para sa 2019 EPS-TOPIK gayundin para malaman kung saan ninyo gustong kumuha ng exam. Mga impormasyon na dapat ibahagi: Pangalan ng aplikante, araw ng kapanganakan, numero ng pasaporte, lugar kung saan gusto mag-exam, at kategorya ng manufacturing. Kasama ang kopya ng unang pahina ng pasaporte at ng litrato ayon sa Detail Passport & Picture Regulation.
Siguraduhin na tama at kumpleto ang lahat ng impormasyong ibibigay. 

Qualifications requirements: 
1. Between 18 to 38 years old (not exceeding 38 years old on the test date)
2. Have not stayed in the Republic of Korea for five (5) years or more
3. No derogatory record (not convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment or a more severe punishment)
4. No record of deportation or departure orders from the Republic of Korea
4. Not restricted to depart from the Philippines
5. No physical and medical handicaps that will hamper work efficiency, e.g., Ishihara deficient (color blindness/weakness), slip disc, finger amputation, etc.
6. No Tuberculosis (TB) History

Important Reminders: Ground for Disqualification in the survey 
(Mahalagang paalala: Mga dahilan para di makasama sa survey)
1. Submission of false information and fake documents (Pag-submit ng di totoong impormation or documento)
2. Double registration using different credentials (Mahigit sa isang beses na nagrehistro}
3. Incorrect/Wrong encoding of information/data (Maling pagkakasulat ng pangalan,maling kapanganakan, maling numero ng pasaporte, maling kopya ng pasaporte at maling larawan.
